Processing and Handling

We do our best to process most orders within 1-2 days, but all orders are processed within 1 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by customs delays, holidays, weather disruptions, or periods of high shipping demand.

Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or VAT charges once the shipment reaches your destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

Lily & Eden is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or additional charges that may apply after delivery.

How do I check the status of my order?

You can check the status of your order at any time on our Order Tracking page.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@lilyandeden.co with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.


Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Orders

If you purchased Green Shipping Protection with your order and your package was lost, stolen, or damaged, here's how you request a replacement:

You will need your order number and the email address you placed your order with. Your order number can be found on the order confirmation email.

Once you indicate if the package was damaged, lost, or stolen and complete the request, you will get a reorder confirmation.
